I can't say enough good things about Ashley! She did an amazing job cutting and styling my 11-year-old daughter's hair just in time for back to school. From the moment we walked in, Ashley was warm and welcoming, making my daughter feel comfortable and excited about her new look. The haircut turned out beautifully—it's stylish, practical, and perfectly suited for her age. Ashley truly listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. Terrible! I payed 105.00 for a perm and 45 for a haircut. Haircut just a trim so she could roll it. Plus I gave her a tip. All in all 165.00 I have very little curls more light waves. Went back and complained. She said that I need 2 keratin treatments to make it curly. I did get one. Made my hair a slight wave. Went back today for another treatment. Guess what, no one to give me a treatment. Absolutely positively no perm but they have my money. Not recommending

Went in for pedicures on Saturday. The salon is beautiful and the cosmetologists were delightful. My pedicure I would have give a 5 but my daughters was a disaster. At check out I mentioned that there was polish on the cuticles and the polish was smudged with brush strokes from the nails being painted over wet. They offered to redo it, we had already spent an hour and we had no time for a redo at that moment. Instead of NOT charging me for a botched job or offering a 1/2 price or free pedicure at another time, I was charged 1/2 price. Only to go home and later remove the horrible polish job, clip nails that were left crooked and repolish. We won’t be back because we now know THAT standard of pedicure is ok to send a client out the door charging them 1/2 price. I really felt it was poor customer service.

Eliza colored my hair today and she was AMAZING! LOVE my hair, she was also very patient. She didn't just listen to what i wanted in the beginning but through the entire process. Will definitely be coming back!! I also noticed that all the employees had a sense of comradery and that makes for a very pleasant environment! Thank again!

I had hair and nails done by the same lady. She was pleasant and did a good job on both nails and hair. Unfortunately, she and I share a community web page, on which she presumed things about me and then blasted me publicly. When next I made appointments, instead of being mature and forthright that she did not want to be of service to me, she instead cancelled my appointments (2x this happened) same day. It took me until the second time, to realize that she is childish and unprofessional and that her management is allowing it. Take risks here if you want to; it happens all over. But this is the first I have experienced, anywhere.
