A friend of mine ended up in jail. I spoke with Matt on Christmas day. While we could not get my friend out, he offered some great advice and walked me through what this process entails. This is the first time I have ever been in this kind of situation, so I was completely clueless and had no idea how any of this works. Matt was very informative and an absolute pleasure to talk to. He was kind, funny and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to call the jail for me to ask questions. I am so very grateful for his help! Should I ever find myself needing these types of services in the future, Matt will be the first one I call! ?
