He is someone that I admire, because of the excellent work he did for me with my 120 year old pipes, and because of his reputation with other trades people, contractors, that I respect. I am very particular about which kind of products, ie. pipes and fittings, that I want in my historic home. He was a great listener. He understood exactly what I wanted.
