“WOW!! Dr. Vandyke and her team are phenomenal - I am astonished to find specialized care this excellent in this part of Montana. I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea but was intolerant of CPAP machines and also have had bad TMJ for decades that made standard mouthpiece apnea devices too painful. Dr. Vandyke was recommended to me and I was impressed to learn that she is triple board certified in dentistry, dental sleep medicine and TMJ disorders. Her professionalism, kindness and care have been top notch as we have worked together to find and create a device that meets my needs in all three areas. She is a dentist who goes to unusually great lengths to ensure my needs and comfort are met to the utmost, thinking carefully about my individual situation and making the best recommendations for me. Even her standard dental care is the best I have ever found among dentists - I have made her my primary dentist now despite living in a different town. Her staff are also all highly trained, professional, caring and kind. I love that they tend toward more natural dental products and possess the newest technology for testing, diagnosis and treatment - very rare for this part of Montana. This testing confirmed what I have always suspected, that my tonsils are very large and the soft palate blocks my breathing, and I went through her laser therapy to shrink my tonsils. It was amazing!! I could tell the improvement in my ability to breathe and swallow even after the first session and that has only increased in two follow up treatments. I have wanted something like this my whole life and it is marvelous to feel such immediate improvement. I can't recommend Dr. Vandyke and the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre of Montana enough.
