Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly! The space is very beautiful and serene. All of the instructors I have had so far have been outstanding. Many classes and times to choose from as well.
Outsiety recently had the opportunity to join up with Yoga Hive for an all ladies event. Have you tried Aerial Silk Yoga? I was such a scattered mess when I showed up, due to a hectic day. Luckily they have a few retail items so I bought some sweatpants for a quick change since I was wearing jeans. The first thing we did was hang in the silk like a cocoon...after that, I was 'brought back to earth' (relaxed) enough to do all of the moves (some more challenging than others) but, dang, I was so sore the next day! 'Hurts so good' kind of sore! Try it if you never have before! I'll certainly do it again! Thank you to Larissa D'Arcy for being a great instructor!!
