Very friendly and accommodating, had some nasty wasps and Tim got rid of them asap. Professional, you can tell he is careful into each step he takes to get rid of the problem, scheduling was easy and I'll make this my long term "go to" for any future problems, thanks Tim!
Tim came and did our house and crawl space for us, we had a minor hobo problem and a massive carpenter ant problem and I must say Tim is a LEGEND!!! 3 days later and not a crawling thing in sight! I had him spray our house 2 years ago and we are still bug free. If the bugs come back I will definitely be calling them again. Also his boss came to assist with the job and it was such a pleasure to meet her and hear about their goals and success, she was so knowledgeable about what products they use and the best sense of humor. Also I didn't have to move any furniture or worry about terrible odors, huge plus!
