My sprinkler system was improperly blown out last fall and the irrigation pump casing cracked over the winter. My calls were not returned and I had to have the pump repaired at my own expense. It is very disappointing that they didn't even call back, not very stand-up.

I used Nathen for a complete landscape on my yard. It took much longer then he said it would. He wouldn't show up when he said he would, he would not return phone calls or emails. Price came up higher then he said it would be. He installed a new pump and pressure tank that never worked. He never came back to make it right even though I had paid him in full. He never came back to replace the plants that died even though he promised he would. So very disappointed he Nathen Russell.
