My parents' furnace quit working in the middle of the night when it was -30 degrees. My dad called Ridgeline and Mike was there by 9 am. He said he'd already had 32 calls so far that morning. Oh, it was a Saturday morning, and he was still out in the brutal cold getting people fixed back up.He determined the issue and said they stopped making that unit and parts could be hard to get. He got the furnace working, but said he'd have to look around his shop to see if he could find the new part. He was back later in the day with the new part and got it all fixed up and running. Absolutely amazing! We had another company come out twice without any luck fixing our furnace. They told us that we needed a part that cost $350 and that they weren’t sure it would even fix the issue. Ridgeline came out to our house and within 5 minutes knew what was wrong. They fixed it very quickly and replaced a pipe that was leaking all over. Will never go to anyone else from now on. Thank you!Service: Heating system repair
We called Mike after using another company in town and having no success. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our furnace, took the time to explain it to me and my husband and showed us what was wrong. Since the issue was irreparable and we needed a new furnace Ridgeline took care to ensure we were given as prompt as possible service, lent us space heaters in the interim, and checked in after the installation.
