Ridgeline was the ONLY HVAC licensed business in Butte to answer my call when my furnace went out at 4pm on a Friday. Mike wasn't even in the state and he talked me through checking the pilot light. He took time on his Saturday once he was back to see if he had the part on hand, and when he didn't, promptly let us know. Our furnace was repaired on Monday after Mike was able to obtain the needed parts; he and his work partner were kind, courteous, and very efficient. Ellen-Marie and Mike are the absolute best! Mike came within hours of our call for service when our furnace completely quit. Mike was able to determine that our furnace was non repairable, and quickly got a new furnace installed in just a few days. We woke up this morning to snow, and the sound of a new furnace warming up our home.
