Starting in February, I called and/or visited the offices of 4 plumbing outfits before calling Lockmer and I should have called them first! I needed a gas line extended from the house to the shop, underground, and I provided computer generated drawings, with measurements and details. None of the others showed up to look at the job like they told me they would; they didn't even call me back. Lockmer called me back the same day, then sent someone to look at the job within 2 days! This company is 1st class! from their office staff, calling to setup an appointment, follow through with a call back once they did some research about the heater manufacture (Rinnai Propane gas furnace - Lockmer was actually able to save me the cost of the parts after checking with manufacture regarding what were covered parts), to their very experienced service technician (he was kind, professional, and thorough), to the ability to call the office and pay the invoice directly with an electronic auto debt. A very professional company I will refer to all my friends. Thanks Lockmer!!!
I can’t thank the Lockmer team enough for saving my home this winter.
My HVAC quit with -30 degrees on the horizon, and the office staff were very attentive with the situation. I spoke with the manager, Dick, who tried to help me diagnose the problem over the phone. When that didn’t work, they sent a technician (Guy) straight away who was very knowledgeable with my brand of furnace.
Guy was able to determine my circuit board had fried, and even though they didn’t stock the part, Dick worked diligently after closing to try and source one for me. They also referred me to a few local warehouses, and luckily one of them had it!... read full review
