Brown Plumbing installed a new hot water heater in my home. They were here when they said they would be, and the heater was installed quickly and efficiently. Zach was very professional and friendly and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company.

Lemme tell you what! These guys are absolutely fantastic! They did an amazing job installing, a pain in the keester gas line for me in no time; elements that had literally burnt into the bottom of the hot water heater he removed and replaced; installed my new gas range and stayed in touch and communicated efficiently! If I could give them more stars I would! Koby did the install and Jay made sure I knew when they were coming, both extremely professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area and beyond. Thank you both for such an amazing experience! Thank you, thank you!

We had a simple clogged drain and I don't know why, but we first went with Lockmer. When they arrived a guy named Shawn comes in, and says, without even trying to snake it! He says, we need to tear it out and completely redo the pipes... the guy didn't even look at a drain. He just didnt want to get his hands dirty for less than $5000. He then told me which walls I should begin tearing down immediately... and I almost listened! What a terrible choice that would have been.
I couldn't accept Shawn at lockmer's decision so I called browns and they sent Ryan who was respectful and professional, and got dirty but had the thing fixed... read full review
