“I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Every single staff member is incredibly kind and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is easy, they’re available within a reasonable timeframe, and I’ve never waited more than five minutes in the waiting room.
That said, the real reason I’m writing this review is for the PA, Kaci. She has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. She is genuinely non-judgmental, truly listens, and has an incredible ability to comfort patients who are in distress. She takes everything you share seriously and always follows through, which makes you feel heard and cared for in a way that’s rare in healthcare.
I’ll be moving out of the area soon, but she is so exceptional that I plan to drive the 30 miles just to continue to see her. Having a provider like Kaci makes all the difference, and this clinic is lucky to have her.”
