He performed a whole battery of tests on my unit and he called the technical help line at Navien to get their input on the problem and to invoke the warranty. They shipped the parts the same day and we were able to schedule the follow-up session within a week. So they held the time we were without hot water to four or five days.
Third, Ambient Air Solutions kept the cost down as much as possible. After three service calls and two parts shipments our water heater is working good and it only howls on start up for a second or two.“
