This is a great place to go especially when you’re too lazy to stretch yourself like I was! The staff is amazing and so helpful. Give it a try you may be surprised, movement is key.

I have been a member of StretchLab for about 2 years now. I NEVER miss an appointment because the help I get from them is so valuable. I'm 69 and have an extremely physical job. That's a bad combination and I come in every week with muscles crazy tight and painful. I walk out feeling like every window in my body has been opened to let fresh air in. I can often feel my blood rushing into newly opened muscles and I walk with much better posture and ease every time I leave. Tried the intro and while it was a great stretch I think you would need more than one . I'm leaving town so unable to continue. I would recommend but I would suggest give it several times to see long term results. Very nice staff, very clean, knowledgeable staff.
