Corey reached out to me, and we had a very frank and personal conversation. In today's world full of quick snaps, and judgments based on feels. I was beyond impressed and loved he took the time to talk with me and hear my side.
He offered to make sure the issue was resolved even though I was on the road traveling.
A stylist at another store took care of me fixed the mistakes and made my experience pleasure able.
