Excellent experience. Tuneup fixed the beater brush that wasn’t spinning on my old Miele vacuum. Service was completed earlier than promised at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

It truly does not get much better than Imperial Vacuum's. This is my second vacuum that I have bought from there. For my last home, I bought a Tandem Air Premium Pet Upright Riccar. If I remember correctly, Yousef was the guy who recommended it as I have two dogs and a lot of carpet. Recently, I moved to a new home that has all hardwood floors. I brought my Riccar in for it's annual service and started to explore other options as I waited for the guy to service it. I came across the SEBO models and was extremely blown away. Took 2 of my Dyson handhelds for repair and they had them both done same day! David was also amazing explaining the features of the different vacuums they sell including what he felt might be best for my business. I’ll be back for sure!
