Liz is exceptional at her practice! I went in for neck pain and some back issues. Not only did she resolve my pain issues, she helped me with so many other areas in my body that I didn’t know added to my neck and back pain. Since then, I have continued to see Liz to keep me feeling my best. Massages aren’t just a “treat yourself” service. They are an essential part in helping you to feel your best! So grateful to have found someone so passionate about their practice and so good at what they do!
