Excel Physical Therapy receives excellent reviews for its professional and supportive care. Patients describe the staff as very courteous and the facility as well organized, aesthetically pleasing, very clean, well-maintained, and very up to date. It is equipped with an extensive array of equipment and devices. The physical therapists are consistently noted for being excellent, professional, and diligent. They take the time to build a relationship with patients, making sure the care is top notch. They are supportive, patient, and kind, helping immensely in recovery and rehabbing journeys. Patients feel seen and heard, with therapists careful to set realistic expectations and celebrate milestones. The practice also offers professional gait analysis that can make a huge improvement. Furthermore, the massage therapy is described as excellent. The massage therapists are extremely professional and vocal about making patient comfort a priority, tailoring each session to individual needs. The overall experience is highly recommended, with physical therapy and massage therapy each rated 10 out of 10.
First time I have ever had a professional level coach/PT analyze my running form. Within 1hr Nikki made a huge improvement in my running form. I honestly can't believe the science behind running, really wish I was see earlier. I am not an impressive runner or compete, i strictly run for health. If you are on the fence about completing a gait analysis. Do it.
I have received excellent care at Excel Physical Therapy. The staff are very courteous and manage the facility in a well organized manner. The facility is aesthetically pleasing, very clean, well-maintained, very up to date and equipped with an extensive array of equipment and devices. Most importantly, the therapist I have been working with for recent knee replacement surgery has been a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, supportive and has helped immensely in my recovery and rehabbing journey. I give 5 stars to Excel Physical Therapy.
