Doctors and medical staff are top tier. Nothing bad to say about the medical staff here. The receptionist here are horrible. The office managers here, horrible. The administrative staff for this place is rude. Slow. Insensitive. Half the paperwork gets lost. Messages do not get relayed. They act like they are doing you favors. I have been coming here for therapy for a year and each visit is such a drag thanks to the reception personnel.

Reviews
I was pleased to find an urgent care that specialized in orthopedic care as my knee was in bad shape after a lot of traveling. When I arrived they told me that it was going to be 1.5 hour but I could leave and they would call when my slot came up which is great. By the time I finished the paperwork the wait was down to about 15 minutes and they saw me even before that. They we very nice and efficient. Told me that it was arthritis and gave me a shot. I deducted one star as they neglected to tell me that there was a chance of short term inflammation and a good amount of pain. It came on about 2 hours after I got home. I googled it and it said it generally subsides in 24 - 48 hours which it did after 12 hours. The end result was good, but a heads up would have been good.
I'm so fortunate my primary care Physician recommended Bridger Orthopedic. From their kind folks in the lobby, the X-ray and MRI techs to Dr. Compton's meticulous and thorough approach, all very much appreciated. This Veteran will highly recommend.
