just finished an ipl treatment with Peggy. I highly recommend to locals or anyone new to the area, to come meet this team of amazing women!! they are top of the line in professionalism and quality of care. I have been seeing barb and Peggy for years now. always satisfied.

I have had the best experience with Big Sky Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. They get back to me super quick about rescheduling appointments. I go to Peggy for laser hair removal and she is the best! She is so sweet and very helpful when I was figuring out what I wanted to do. Highly recommend!

I received two sessions of tattoo removal from Barb and both times the service was great! One tattoo was a small hand poked one but the other was professionally done and about 3" by 1". I was worried that a session for my larger tattoo would exceed $300 but I was very happy that it did not! I also requested a "patch" which allowed for about 3 passes during one session and was only $100 extra. I will for sure be coming back!
