If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! I had botox and filler done for the first time today with Barb, and she was so fantastic. I was a nervous wreck and she was so patient and let me take as much time as I needed before we got started. I felt really comfortable, and she was so kind and professional. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend her for any of your injections needs!!

Absolutely love Peggy ,, since the very first time I spoke with her she has been super helpful and very sweet. Her and the dr are doing a great job taking care of me and making sure I get exactly what I want. I can't imagine going anywhere else, definitely worth the 7.5 hour drive from my home!

Everyone is polite and professional, and they are honest. They are not just there to sell product...they are there to make your skin glow. I appreciate the honesty when it comes to fillers...and Botox. The micro needling gives great results. I love this place, and everyone there!

Barb is a doll. She made sure I was comfortable from start to finish during what should've been a very uncomfortable procedure. Barb was pleasant and kind, accommodating to my guest, and patient with me and my nervous rambling ahead of the procedure. She really took the time to evaluate myself and my situation to make sure she was just enough but not too much when it came to making me feel positive about my experience. I couldn't have imagined such a strenuous, borderline embarrassing procedure going "well," but Barb actually left me feeling anxious to come back to finish the job. 10/10 to the team at Big Sky Cosmetics for Tattoo removal.

There is no other way to describe my experience other than amazing! I had a consultation at a very reputable surgery center, and they treated me as a second class citizen. It made me feel like I was in the wrong place, and second guess myself. You always want to be 100% sure when you have an elective surgery and at this point I was not. It made me want to give up. So much so that my husband had to start looking into it for me because I become depressed. He found Big Sky Cosmetic Surgery Center & Medical Spa, in Bozeman. He said they were really nice on the phone and asked me to give them a chance. I am so glad I did! I had to call them numerous times before my consultation with questions I had and no matter how big or small the question, they answered it with a smile in their voice! Then the day of my consultation, I immediately felt welcomed in their beautiful tranquil waiting room. Every single person was so nice and genuine, which unfortunately seems rare these days...my consultation went great, and Peggy Black is so amazing! She went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and understood. And because of her I honestly feel as happy as the day I picked out my wedding dress! As silly as that may sound, that's how happy and sure I was when I left! I wouldn't go anywhere else for any and all others services they provide. They truly care. None of this customer service voice bs...They are the real deal! Highly recommend!...I'll update after surgery

I went today to do a tattoo removal. From the time I walked in from the time I walked out I felt very comfortable with everything! The lady who does the tattoo removal is amazing and talks you through everything! Even if you have questions after you leave they are very helpful at answering any and all questions! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to remove a tattoo! They are very informative and upfront about the whole process!
