Tim Hammer helped my father and I with a major estate issue against another party. Needless to say the other side of the argument was not always thinking in a win win mentality.... this could have been very very costly for my father and I without a great lawyer on our side! The process was a bit complicated due to the circumstances, but Tim helped us and advised us through the process. Through his advice and legal assistance we were able to avoid an even more lengthy and costly court process and use mitigation to reach a compromise that worked for all parties, from our perspective it was a Win.
