We have an 8-year-old mini dachshund with a disability and they were very accommodating and thorough . Her nails are the shortest and best they've looked compared to other groomers. The price was more than reasonable, and we were able to get her in within 24 hours. All the other dogs there seemed super happy and well-behaved. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys!
We are on a three month motorhome trip, traveling with our Australian Labradoodle. We had only one overnight in Billings. I called three days ahead, and they managed to fit us in their schedule. When we arrived, we were happy to feel the positive vibes the moment we walked in. There were three groomers, all out in the open, happily grooming dogs. They got us checked in, details, etc. We left, and they called me three hours later to say she was nearly-complete. Great service! I just walked in and was able to get my dog's nails clipped right away and it took only a couple minutes. I was always afraid she would try to snap at someone & she wouldn't let me do her nails myself, but the lady that did them (the owner I believe) was amazing with my dog and got it done so quick! 😊
