We appreciated the one on one instruction. Dr. Brown was very thorough with Gemma pre op exam and explained all our options. He was friendly and engaged us in conversation. We were comfortable leaving Gemma in the care of his staff. Post op instructions were clear and it was made very clear that we could call at any time with questions or concerns

Wonderful practice! Great staff all around... They were able to see my cat with short notice to treat his ear mites. Definitely a gem in Billings. I do recommend their services for your feline companions. ???‍♀️?‍⬛

Wonderful staff that truly cares about the pets and their people. Dr. Felchle and crew were there for my Everest when no one else would see her. They showed such compassion in a stressful situation, and I am forever grateful!
