I stopped in on a Friday about 2:00pm to see if I could get a pair of pants hemmed and picked up by noon on Monday and she said no problem. About an hour and a half later I found my wife in search of a needle to repair a hole in her pants, instead I called Jenny, before I could even ask about the repair she said "your pants are done", I was quite surprised but very happy so we chatted a bit and she said bring the pants in for repair and then completed the repair within minutes while we chatted. Jenny is such a sweet and kind person.
I needed a new zipper to save my old pants. I called and dropped off my pants and they were done in a couple of days. I have since were multiple times and no issues. I went from a plastic zipper to metal and I can definitely tell it is a much higher grade. The stitch itself is flawless.
