I have been looking for a good haircut for a long time I called the gentleman up ask how busy he was he said it was a walk-in so I've tried it out it's probably by far the most best haircut I've had in Billings and his price is $15 it was an excellent haircut

Duane has cut my hair for ages! He’s always done a great job!! I have medium length hair which is layered. His cuts are symmetrical (the same on both sides). My cuts are always $15 + tip. I highly recommend Snips and Clips!!

Guaranteed the best place in town for at least a male haircut. The dude only charges $15 and it’s the best cut I’ve ever had. Oh ya… your out of there in about 10 minutes. Charges well under what he’s capable of.
