This is an awesome place to learn how to defend yourself. The programs are designed for anyone with or without martial arts knowledge and the instructors are extremely welcoming and helpful. Tanya is super supportive and encouraging. You feel like you are supported in your learning goals by people who actually care, while also being challenged to improve on your skills. The self-defense skills that you learn range from simple to complex and are extremely applicable to real-life situations. I highly recommend the Women Empowered program for women and teens!

The best self defence program in Billings! My daughter has been going to their children's Bully-Proof classes for over a year. Her confidence has grown so much now that she knows how to defend herself and others against a bully, she's becoming a better leader and she's learning so many other skills that will serve her well throughout her life. Finding Gracie Jiu-Jitsu was the best thing we've ever done for our daughter. We highly recommend it to everyone!
