I was happy with how fast they got me in to see the doctor but very unhappy with how long the results took. I was told it would be in the morning. Testing took 3-5 hrs. I called and called. No answer so I had to come in sick. I complained and the nurse gave me a different number to call. I got my results back and was told they would file a med in. 3hrs later still no med filed. I called them and they never told my doctor about needing the new prescription. I called them again and they said they would this time but my pharmacy closes at 6. I had to change pharmacies. I’m very unhappy about how this was handled
This is my main doctor's office and I can't praise them enough for how wonderful they treat me. All the way from the doctors to the nurses to lab techs. Thank you Intermountain Healthcare for being the very best!
This clinic needs to do a better job cleaning the bathroom. It looked like a bathroom in a gas station. The uncleanliness of the bathroom aside..this is a good clinic. Great Dr's. To the people saying to go else where..no way. I will not go to Billings clinic.
