Long waiting periods even if you have an appointment, grumpy nurses. And everytime we check in it's a new receptionist, must be hard to work there. Billings Clinic has gone way down hill this last two years.

Billings Clinic is a teaching school. The only downside is residents never stick around and use the clinic to become doctors. I went through 6 doctors in a year, then was banned from the clinic and ER. Unfortunately, I’m equally at fault as the clinic. Smart people work here. However, if you want consistency, stability and reliability. This isn’t the right location. Use Billings Clinic as a temporary care. They will throw you away without remorse .

I’ve been to Billings Clinic West as a patient of family medicine and the urgent care and have received good care.
Update: I want to give a shoutout to Dr. Daniela Mestre who I saw for an in-office procedure. It was quick and painless and I felt confident in her.
