We recently did a master bath remodel and bought our tile and supplies through Rich's Flooring. Pam was great from start to finish. She gave me pricing on several options (prices were very competitive) and got samples ordered that I requested. She was knowledgable, efficient, and promptly communicated as needed throughout the project. Our remodel had a few bumps in the road and she was kind, patient, and offered good solutions to see things through. The tile itself was good quality and came within the shipping time told to us upon order. We are pleased with our experience with Rich's Flooring.
