I work here as an installer and they are just good people and are respectful and fair to the customer and installers and were there for me when my dad passed even tho I'm sure they would still rather have him there than me

We have bought flooring from Rich’s for the past 25+ years and have never been disappointed. We recently had laminate installed by Wade and Tony. They did an excellent job, and were very professional and a joy to work with. The price was right, and we know Carol and her team will stand behind their product. Love our new floors!!!
