We just had the carpets in our apartment cleaned. And in the past we had a carpet cleaning business, did the schooling, all the things, (so I'm not the easiest person to please when it comes to cleaning carpets) and Eric just did everything right!!! He was professional, but not haughty. He listened to all my concerns and then went above and beyond to do his BEST to get in our apartment (not easy) and take care of our pet smell!! He had one of those machines that I love - not just a wand - and he did edges, raked everything immaculately, and then charged us maybe double what it would cost to rent a unit and buy chemical and still not have clean carpets!! I got Don's name from my realator, she said he was the best and most fairly priced in the Billings area. I was having new furniture delivered in four day's time and really wanted my carpets cleaned before it arrived. I called Premier Carpet Cleaning & Restoration in the evening and left a message. I was called back early the next morning and scheduled within my time-frame! We used Premier for a move out carpet cleaning and we are very happy with them. They always answerefd the phone and were able to answer any of our questions. They were professional, clean, and reasonably priced. They got all the stains out of the carpet for us. We will be using them from here on out.
