He was so educating, he was patient, he was welcoming, and was very understanding when we (initially) told him we weren’t buying at the time. My wife Crystal and I decided it was time to tub! Being first time tub owners, I began down the usual research rabbit hole (YouTube, Reddit, Google, etc) and narrowed down the options based on our criteria. One Saturday there was one of those “Hot Tub Factory Sales” going on at Metra so we decided to go check it out.

The crew at Montana Hotsprings is top notch. From Scott in the floor, really taking the time to figure out what our needs were, being patient with us while we shopped around and sticking to everything he said he would do. When delivery happened, the installers were professional and thorough. We were allowed to video Sam while he explained everything we would need to do from water chemistry, to drain and refill. Costumer service is at the top of importance for me and Scott and his entire crew have far exceeded my expectations.
