I started as a CNA/Caregiver because I wanted hands on CNA experience outside of nursing homes, and I also wanted a flexible schedule for school. Eventually I moved up from a CNA to an LPN and am currently working as a nurse while I get my RN degree! North West has been the most supportive, flexible, and understanding company.
