Difficult to reconcile insurance issues. Insurance changed and the front desk / invoicing person was well aware my insurance was being denied. This was not communicated to me at all until after multiple visits. When asked why this wasn’t communicated the response from the office was “we are not obligated to do so” so it appears they wanted to intentionally have us be seen to pay the full rate out of pocket. Pretty unfortunate of a situation. I spoke with another local office about the situation and they were pretty appalled by the response as well that “we are not obligated to be transparent that your insurance was being denied”. Called on a Monday. Got seen on a Tuesday. Treatment planned for a Thursday. I love the small but professional feel this place has. Your treated more than just a patient and all the staff really treats you right. They have 1 dentist and 2 hygienists, but that didn't stop them from getting me in as soon as they can. They also take most insurance and work with you even if you don't have one. I highly recommend going to this place for a cleaning/minor dental work done.

I was a patient of Dr. Haslam’s when I was a kid and always had a pleasant experience. I ended up moving and working as a dental assistant in other practices but never forgot the wonderful care I received from Dr. Haslam and his entire staff. I returned to his practice as a patient just recently and it’s like time never even passed by. He is a remarkable dentist with vast knowledge and a kind heart. His whole staff works hard to make sure you are comfortable, well taken care of, and healthy. I will be a life long patient.
