If I can give this shop 6 stars, I absolutely would. I had a situation where I had purchased two sets of Martin fluorocarbon strings off Amazon for my 70 year old Martin Tenor Ukulele. Both packs of strings we're completely faulty and beginning to fray not even 2 days into playing them. I brought my ukulele into Hansen Music assuming it was due to my instrument being old, and the frets or nut needing to be resurfaced due to potentially sharp spots. The instrument repairman for the shop (I believe their name was Art?) said there is nothing wrong with the uke, and this is something they have never seen before happen to a set of brand new Martin strings. Best music store in Billings. Been doing business with Art and the crew here for about a decade and couldn’t have found a better place. Great service before and AFTER the sale, the selection is second to none, and the staff is the best. Very knowledgeable in their areas, passionate about music and they truly care about their customers.
