Took our daughter because she is interested in playing the violin, can't recall the young man's name who helped us. I can recall that he was exceptionally good at his job, not only did he show her some basic techniques and let her get a feel for the instrument, he showed and let her try every instrument she wanted to. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and very polite. Who ever the Boss is around there, Give that Guy a Raise.

I truly enjoy going to this store. I feel welcomed and everyone I've encountered is helpful and friendly. Such is likely innate but, as an addendum, that could be due to working with and being surrounded by instruments all work shift long. I don't know, point of conjecture on my part.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at Eckroth today. Cale went above and beyond. I have always had a great experience there and would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be going back.
