Fantastic music store with a welcoming atmosphere for musicians of all skill levels 🎸🎹🥁. The shop looked well organized and stocked with a great variety of instruments, accessories, and music gear. Staff seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping customers instead of rushing the experience. Whether you’re shopping for a first instrument, repairs, lessons, or professional equipment, this feels like a great local place to visit. Definitely a solid spot for musicians and music lovers in the area.

I recently purchased a Yamaha keyboard (which I love!), along with a stand for the keyboard, pedals, a bench, and some piano music from Eckroth Music. The in-store experience was great, and I was excited to get everything home and set up.

Unfortunately, after driving two hours back home, I realized I had been given the wrong stand. I immediately contacted the store, expecting a complicated process since I live quite a distance away. Instead, the team quickly explained how they would resolve the issue, kept me updated throughout, and made the entire situation stress-free. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, with prompt, clear and consistent communication.

The customer service here is always top notch. We love having a music store who can service our instruments if needed, where we can buy our books, and all the little additions we need.
