We appreciate Dr. Hill and his staff. They were very accommodating and compassionate to us as we had to say goodbye to our cat.

Looking for a great Veterinarian Hospital for your doggie or kitty cat⁉️ This is the place‼️ The Dr, is very knowledgeable, approachable and passionate about his furry clients. he puts his clients first. The vet techs are out of this world, quite professional, kind and hardworking. They will treat your pet as their own ‼️ Their prices are very very reasonable. Work ethic is flawless*.
*be aware of the front receptionist. Tall, blonde woman. If could give her starts, it will be a 0, if you aren’t her fav, she will toss you aside and give preference to her “own” clients. Own in quotations because she acts and believes like she’s the owner… and will act like everything is everyone else’s fault, but hers, if anything goes wrong. Flirts with clients, fedex delivery, older folk, etc. She says she’s there for you, but she just looking for the next recognition setting available, whether from the clients or the coworkers, and well she usually throws them under the bus. Tells clients what they want to hear blaming coworkers and tells coworkers what they want to hear, while blaming the clients. I’ve seen it in person. That way she looks good in both’s sides eyes. Be prepared to be constantly approached about her photography business, her pictures, her frames… etc. odd since this is a veterinary but she makes up her own rules. Undermines the Dr. instructions in front of her favorite clients… The true definition of two faced.
If you can see past the front desk, or are if you are already on her good side… best hospital EVER!

Recommended by vet to go as they couldn't perform a necessary surgery. Grand avenue is fantastic. Talking with the front desk, they are do nice. Talking with Dr brown, he is so knowledgeable. He truly loves animals and puts their health above everything before performing any surgery. Highly recommend.

This review is for Dr. Alex and his staff. I have to say I was a bit reserved when Dr. Alex arrived, after all Dr. Doug left pretty big shoes to fill. But I’m more than satisfied with the service and care my pets have received. The vet techs are great not to mention the front desk!

My experience with Grand Avenue Animal Hospital was deeply disappointing. Despite my concerns and extensive research, the practice assured me of a positive outcome and convinced me to go ahead with a surgery on my dog that wasn't suitable for her size or activity level. This decision resulted in a complete failure of the implant, leading to the necessity of a more expensive corrective surgery just three months later at a different clinic. Despite my requests for accountability and remediation, the practice showed no willingness to acknowledge their mistake or provide assistance. This misguided advice and subsequent failed surgery was not only expensive, but also required a lot of lifestyle changes and stress. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Grand Avenue Animal Hospital to others.

Dr. Pete bought the practice and we are very happy with him!! Our twin weims liked him until he told one, he needed to lose a couple pounds!! Lol We will work on losing a pound or two when the snow melts!!
