I went to Sammy Twito’s evening class today! It was the 5th class I’ve taken and I’m absolutely loving yoga! All of the classes have been great; but this one was exceptionally incredible! I went on the app to pre-register and was lucky enough to get the last spot of a full class! From the beginning of the class til the end Sammy’s instruction, energy, and the overall layout of the class was exactly what I needed. I was able to complete most of the exercises, but had to expand my comfort zone to do so! Looking around the room it seemed like everyone was both challenged as well as benefited from the class. Good Vibes is my happy place! Wonderful instructors, clean studio, inviting to all. Just an all around amazing workout experience. So good for the mind, body & soul. ??♀️?

I liked the class alot! It's a challenge that I'm not used to. I'll definitely be going back! I was searching for something to replace my Saturday runs as the weather changes into weather. I think I found my jam:)
