We've called Tom a few times for different issues we've had with our old furnace. Every time he's come over and fixed the problem within a few hours of calling. I have and would recommend Superior to anyone. He's our go-to guy!
Tom is one of the best examples of how a professional should operate. He was quick on an estimate, time line, execution of the removal of my old baseboard heaters and the installation of my central heating and air conditioning. He has responded in a timely manner to calls and texts. And has shown up day of to help troubleshoot, even user errors. He also recommended a wonderful plumber and electrician for some of the other tasks my home needed.
