POSTED on BILLINGS CUSTOMER SERVICE PAGE: Today I unfortunately had the need for a plumber. Not knowing one, I took a chance with Brown Plumbing & Heating…and am very pleased that I did! Originally scheduled for Friday, they were able to quickly move me up to today. They called just before coming, arrived promptly and got straight to work. The two gentlemen were prompt, courteous beyond fair. They will certainly get my business if future needs arise. was having problems with not being able to ( sump) pump water out and it was backing up upper toilet. They can out 2-13 and snaked line. found out pipe into septic was broken. plumber and digger showed up found problem. One of the owners came gave a bid. the digger came back 2-14 around 8:30, did his job very efficiently. plumber came did all the plumbing needed. they also lowered cost because they didn't need to do everything they said they might have to do. they did the job quickly professionally and they all had great personalities. I can't remember the names of the men that fixed my problem. yet I'd call on them again and will recommend their work. thank you for job well done.
We had a main floor bathtub that was leaking water into our basement. When we called Brown Plumbing and Heating they came out immediately. The guys who came were friendly and were able to quickly find the issue and fix it. We had a great experience and will call them again for our future plumbing and heating needs.
