Katie was wonderful with my daughter for her first ear piercings! She explained everything in detail and did a practice run to calm her nerves. We will be back for any future piercings for her or I.
Katie is the ABSOLUTE BEST IN BILLINGS. I get so many compliments on my piercing, her name and location is easy to remember which is good for business. She also has heart of gold. She's very detailed and professional. Oh and don't forget the $$, her prices are reasonable for the average working person.
My 4yr old was very sure she wanted her ears pierced. The sadie was able to accommodate. They were very professional and my daughter said it was painless. We plan on going back for my other daughter when she's ready.
