I had a canine emergency after locking my shih tzu in the car with my windows up. Being a short snouted dog they are at risk of becoming overheated faster than most dogs and this was a hot summer day. Billings Unlocked LLC reacted quickly and compassionately to my emergency. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I was at the Holiday down town billings and an elderly lady and her young grandson were there also. Unfortunately they locked the keys in her car. I made one call to Billings Unlocked and they showed up in 15 min. Mind you it was almost midnight. Rather then charging me the emergency rate they only charged me the day time rate. I will continue to use this amazing company in the future. As the lady couldn't afford a locksmith and I was just trying to do a good deed.

I am so glad that they got here faster than expected to. I like how the guy was honest and he saved me money by saying that I didn't need to get my locks reprogrammed, but instead said it was just my key fob that was broken. He also figured out what I wanted, because I was not at the right headspace at the time due to an event and had to stay up to make a report. I'll definitely recommend them in a similar situation as me or if the person needs new locks in their apartment or house. Thanks for making my day better.
