They were very caring answered my questions were dressed appropriately very courteous and kind the young lady who checks me out help me look for frames that would look nice on my face I really appreciated that. They were all kind even the doctor who checked my eyes he was very kind and caring I recommend coming to this place far above all the rest of the places in Billings Montana I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and my weight was not long at all

You cost me a lot of extra expense. I had one visit there and never liked how I couldn't see out of my new glasses, even though I went back several times. When I went back to my original doctor, I needed different prescriptions. You did not use Mai Jim to replace the lenses in my prescription sunglasses so I had to buy new frames. For the reading glasses, you did not use frames that I could replace the lenses. Between the additional and significant costs and poor correction to my eyes, I was very disappointed!!

Five stars for the female doctor, Dr. Carrington. Best eye doctor I've ever had in every sense. Don't go to Dr. Despain, though. He doesn't listen and is always pushy and rushed.
