From the moment we arrived, every doctor, nurse, and staff member treated us with dignity and tenderness. They didn't just care for a patient; they cared for a person, and for our family standing beside them. The team took time to explain every step, to comfort us, and to make sure my mom was as comfortable and at peace as possible.
Even in the hardest moments, we felt surrounded by kindness, empathy, and professionalism. We may not have been given more time, but we were given the gift of knowing that she is in the best possible hands - cared for by people who truly made a difference.

Exceptionally poor experience, do not recommend. No compassion or listening skills, no bedside manner. I’m sorry I asked for a referral here. I’ll be going elsewhere for care. We all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect no matter what situation we are coming from.

Was sent from Lovell with heart issue. Really only saw two doctors for a total of 10 minutes. One was the admitting Dr the other came in and gave me results of ECG. But the Nursing staff in both the ER and upstairs were first rate. As were the accommodations. They made a frightening 24 hours bearable.

I came to Billings after an abnormal mammogram in Bozeman. The clinic is relaxing and only does Brest exams unlike other radiology clinics where they perform many other things. Nurses were very friendly and also the radiologist. This was my 4th biopsy and I tolerated this one by far the best.

I'm giving them a two because I happen to like my dermatologist and allergist. The financial dept drops them into negative. How can one dept be so bad. I avoid making appointments there just because I don't want to deal with the ineptitude. From statements/bills not mailed, miscoding an office visit to losing payments they can not find their own butt.

I would like to give a huge shout out to billings clinic! Yesterday at almost 4 am I went in with some wicked pains. Everyone from the emergency room and to where they took me for surgery were very nice. I see alot of ugly reviews so wanted to put a good one out there. I don't remember the names because I was so out of it lol! Thanks to Billings clinic I am healing and getting better ?!

The records department doesn't respond to requests. After you send the request and wait you then have to make repeated calls to get them to do their job. They are required by law to do it in a timely manner but apparently they don't care. When a request is made for the records of a pregnant woman who needs to go to a different clinic for a checkup on the health of her unborn child they should do their job.
