100% does not even deserve 1 star. unless you are looking to get financially obliterated by this company & their "general contractor" they so highly recommended, i suggest going with literally anyone else. a stick-built home would be less expensive than working with big sky.

It's been a nightmare. I would not recommend. We were told 3 to 5 days for move in ready. It's been 7 weeks and phone call after phone call by us to get anything done. I understand labor shortages but there is no accountability. The sales rep Stephen kept saying someone higher up will call but nada. Be careful of what they promise.

Korey Stovall is the worst "General Manager " this military family has ever dealt with! We are making a 300 thousand decision and he never calls. I literally got approved for the loan and found land in 48 hours. We looked at our phones , he called about 3 times in a 3 week period and talked less than an hour. Then sent us a 47 thousand dollar quote for delivery and set up on a Friday. Never called us back. We were shocked. ANYONE ELSE IS BETTER TO DEAL WITH! I've had better used car salesmans.
