From the fire to the finished house, they were fantastic! They put so much thought and care into everything they did. Had yo go rounds with our insurance company, but they did everything they could for us. Big Sky is wonderful.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for Big Sky Disaster Restoration. Steve, Echo and the entire crew were amazing in helping me restore my house and belongings after a fire. Steve was there the morning of the fire to offer assistance and was with me every step of the way. The patience, understanding and constant communication literally saved my sanity. From dealing with mortgage and insurance company bureaucracy to grifters breaking in to strip wire, Steve was there to tackle the problems and provide support. I had two separate - water in the basement issues 2 years apart. Steve of Big Sky Restoration Service promptly returned my call. He and his crew responded very quickly (which is important in this situation). Situation 1: The repair to two bedrooms and family room was extensive. Carpet, padding, sheet rock, and furniture, and files had to be removed and fans used to dry it out. Lots of sheet rock had to be replaced, sanding, painting, new carpeting etc. truly labor intensive. Steve and his crew took care of everything! Pictures below!
