Josh was recommended to me by a friend. I thought we might have a wasp nest in our year. Josh came over the day I texted him (which was a holiday) at the time he said he would be available. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He did not find a nest but did spray for wasps and spiders. The price was extremely reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.
