Mark, the owner came out and did a complete inspection. I called them based on a referral from a coworker. My coworker was not wrong about this company, their professionalism, thoroughness, and good pricing.The new receptionist was amazing and helped out as well! Very fair price to do what all he did. I have used these guys several times over the years at this house and my last. They are friendly, professional and really know their trade. They listen to the pest problem you have and have always solved it in a single trip. I am amazed at how many times I try to eliminate bug problems on my own and just can't get it done with hardware store solutions. One service call from these guys and boom, the bugs are gone for good. I feel I have a friend in the pest removal business by the way I am treated.Thanks Arenie for taking such good care of us!

Arnie came to spray for bugs, spiders and reload mouse bait traps today. He did all of this super quick. as he was doing this he noticed that I had broken a sprinkler line. He took over an hour out of his day to help me fix this sprinkler line as he has 20 years in sprinkler experience. He then refused money for his services. Not many men out there like Arnie thanks for all your help. I will forever use Armstrong and refer them to everyone I know.
