Over the years, if I have needed a repair on my heating or A/C unit, ACT has been very prompt and professional. Penny is always very pleasant on the phone. They kept me informed ie: timeline when I would hear from a serviceman. Austin found the problem with my heater quickly, and found the cause for my problem. Also, I had asked a question about air duct cleaning. He communicated he would need to ck at the office. AND the next day I had a call back with the information. Follow through AND keeping his word. Makes ACT aces in my book:). Thank you for the great and consistent service:).

The furnace unit at our rental failed during a Cold snap. We were out of state at the time. We had used ACT previously to replace our home unit. A technician tried to replace a part and searched for 2 days for a replacement part to no avail (30 year old unit). ACT replaced unit to our satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves.
