Workers were polite and honest. Called after hours and actually spoke with a human. Service man was out within the hour. Tried a few things before saying need a new conditioner. Came back on time Monday morning to install new equipment.

ACT has always provided great service. Their technicians are professional and courteous. Once, on a snowy New Year's Day, in sub zero temps, the furnace died. Within about an hour after calling, the technician showed up! I've been a satisfied customer for about twelve years. Highly recommended!!
