Over the years, if I have needed a repair on my heating or A/C unit, ACT has been very prompt and professional. Penny is always very pleasant on the phone. They kept me informed ie: timeline when I would hear from a serviceman. Austin found the problem with my heater quickly, and found the cause for my problem. Also, I had asked a question about air duct cleaning. He communicated he would need to ck at the office. AND the next day I had a call back with the information. Follow through AND keeping his word.
