Customers consistently praise the professionalism and courtesy of the technicians. One technician did a great job with the annual heating system checkup and fixed a boiler issue, highlighting their timely and thorough work. Another technician, Micah Mitchell, recommended and installed a replacement tankless water heater, a kitchen disposal, and a bathroom sink faucet, with all customers feeling satisfied and well-informed throughout the process. The team’s ability to educate clients and communicate clearly is highly valued. Additionally, Landon Dull’s thorough furnace service impressed customers with his knowledge and communication skills. Despite some minor miscommunication from the office staff regarding service timelines, the positive experiences with the technicians reaffirm Williams Plumbing & Heating’s commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
